Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner

Members of the Genoa Area Chamber of Commerce joined for an evening of reflection and celebration as they discussed the highlights of 2024. CONGRATULATIONS to our 2024 award nominees and recipients! Awards were received for the following:

Excellence in Business
This award recognizes a Chamber Business Member for its success and growth, improvement to the business, community involvement, leadership development, dedication to employees, and commitment to customer service.

The 2024 Excellence in Business Award winner was COMPLETE PLUMBING.

Spirit of the Chamber
This award honors an individual, business, or non-profit who through their activities enhances both the Genoa Area Chamber of Commerce and the image of the Genoa area committee.

This year’s Spirit of the Chamber Award went to SWEET-DELIGHTS.

Community Pride Award
This award goes to a community member who consistently contributes to the Genoa Community. They go above and beyond to help out at events and their positive contribution demonstrates unwavering dedication to the Genoa community.

DILENE SIMMONS was our 2024 Community Pride Award Winner.

Outstanding Ambassador of the Year
The Outstanding Ambassador of the Year award is given to a member of the Ambassador Committee for outstanding performance. The award is based on volunteerism, meeting attendance, and involvement.

The 2024 Outstanding Ambassador of the Year Award winner was CARISSA BRENDLE.

Dave Tobinson Award
The Dave Tobinson Award recipient is someone who stands out amongst all of the members and has done great things throughout the year, or their career.
